How to place an order?

It's very simple to place an order on the forfen.com website: discover our catalog and our products by browsing the site, using the different categories that you will find on the Homepage on the menu and submenu.
Choose the items you want to purchase by clicking on « Add to cart ». Now that your items are in your cart, let yourself be guided and click on "Proceed to check out".


How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

PREPARATION of an order takes 1/2 working days.
Shipments are made with standard courier, DELIVERY depends on the product, we have more than one logistics in the EU, on average 4/5 DAYS in Italy (islands 6/7 DAYS).
When the order is accepted, a notification will be sent to the email address registered on forfen.com with TRACKING to follow the shipment online.


Is the payment secure?

Fendess guarantees all its customers secure and privacy-respecting payments thanks to the use of the SSL protocol . Payment by credit card is based on a secure SSL system (an acronym that stands for Secure Socket Layer): it is a connection protected by encryption, which ensures that the credit card data, when the order is placed, is confirmed, are transferred for authorization and debit to CartaSi in a secure manner.
Fendess does not receive the customer's credit card number under any circumstances: the only thing it comes into possession of is the authorization made available directly by the card manager.
The procedure guarantees not only the buyer, but also the seller, since the information transmitted via the Internet cannot be read by anyone.

Credit card

In the case of a payment made by credit card, the bank only authorizes the debit of the amount relating to the purchase made: if the customer cancels the order, or if FORFEN decides not to accept the contract, the company requests that the transaction is cancelled, and consequently that the committed amount is cancelled.
In specific cases, the company reserves the right to request additional information from the customer, or the sending of copies of documents that testify that the paper used is actually its property: if the customer is not able to demonstrate ownership or in any case provide this information, Fendess may decide to refuse the conclusion of the contract.
The customer is protected at every stage of the transaction also from the point of view of privacy: FORFEN in fact does not know, at any stage of the purchase procedure carried out by credit card, any personal information regarding the card holder, given that the data is sent directly to the website of the bank that handles the transaction: for this reason the company is not responsible if credit cards are used fraudulently by third parties when paying for items purchased on the website.


Bank transfer

In case of payment made by advance bank transfer, the order is managed after confirmation of credit, taking into account that payment must be made within seven days from the date on which the order is sent: after this period, we proceed automatic upon order cancellation.
The reason for the transfer must necessarily indicate the order number, the date on which it was made and the name and surname of the customer (if it is a private user) or the company name of the company.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer:

With the advance bank transfer, the order is managed after confirmation of credit, taking into account that payment must be made within seven days from the date on which the order is sent: after this period, the order is automatically cancelled. 'order.

Return and refund

How to return an item?

First you must report to us, in your Customer Profile, ALL the items you want to return to us. To do this you just need to select them in the list of items of the order you placed:

· Click on " My Account ", " Login ", enter your e-mail address and password to access the management of your orders and returns and then click on the detail of the order in question.
· Select the product to return, the reason for the return and confirm.
· The returned products must be new, in normal condition, they must not have been worn but only tried on. Please return the products to us in their original box or packaging, which will also be placed in a cardboard box to protect the goods.


How long do I have to return an item?

For FORFEN your satisfaction is important. For this reason it allows you to return the goods ordered up to 30 days from the delivery date, as long as your products comply with the conditions of the right of withdrawal.
We can only accept the return if:


· The item is new and has never been used
· The item is in the original box and has not been damaged
· The warranty tag has not been removed

Thanks to our easy online returns process, returning your order will be a breeze.
By accessing your Personal Area you can open your return request: our Customer Service will handle your request as quickly as possible and provide you with the necessary instructions.
The refund will be made no later than 5 days from receipt of the returned goods.
In general, refunds take a maximum of 5 working days from your request forwarded via the guided procedure on the site or via our Customer Service.


Customer account

Why create a Customer Profile?

In order to manage your orders, we need a certain amount of information about you: your delivery address, your billing address, your email, etc.
Creating this Customer Profile also allows you to enjoy all the services offered by FORFEN : tracking your package, returning products, viewing your previous orders, etc.
All this information in your Customer Profile is used only for your business relationship with FORFEN . This information is never loaned or sold to third parties.
They can be modified by you at any time thanks to the management of your online Customer Profile. They can also be completely deleted from our database upon simple request.


I forgot my username/password

Your username is very easy to find: it's your email address.
